A Hip-Hop Interlude

Please excuse my regular Friday posting, for a hip-hop interlude. This morning I woke up with a song in my head and I can’t get it out! I haven’t listened to it on my ipod in months, but this morning I had to put it on as soon as I woke up. So without further ado, one of my all time favorite songs!

I know..*sigh* w/ Mobb Deep blasting in the background..side note… now turning down the stereo..I think I’m scaring my white neighbors
I don’t even listen to the “hip hop” stations its all no talent one hit wonders with a catchy hook.. it’s sad that the kids/teenagers actually think that Soulja Boy(however he spells it) is hip hop 🙁
damn I sound old (oh well)

      Whatchu talkin’ bout, Willis?
Man, I listened to everything from Onyx to Smif-N-Wesson, from Jeru to ATCQ…and everything else in between. The greatest years in hip-hop were from 90-97…end of story…lol
Ohh..and at my highschool graduation, our concert line up included Smif-N-Wesson and Heltah Skeltah…partly bc I was on the planning committee.
