Watch LSU Gymnast Lloimincia Hall Show You How It’s Done

Lloimincia Hall is a powerhouse when it comes to the floor exercise in gymnastics. Hall helped the  record breaking LSU’s women’s gymnastics team claim the regional title this weekend and advance to the NCAA championships to be held April 18-20 in Birmingham, Ala.

Hall is a three-time All-America and two-time reigning SEC Floor Exercise Champion and ranks as one of the country’s best floor exercise performers and one of the best in LSU history. Hall, currently a junior, is one of only six gymnasts in school history to record two or more perfect 10’s.

What separates Hall from the rest, is her not only her athletic ability, but also the fact that her floor routines brings the crowd to their feet.  When was the last time you’ve seen a gymnast perform to Frankie Beverly and Maze, Earth, Wind & Fire? I’m quite sure never.

Take a look at a recent floor performance by Hall, and you’ll understand exactly what I mean:

Olympics definitely. …*sigh* although the world aint ready for this *cue the “gymnastics purists” and their lame a$$

I like her. Her routine was very powerful and she looks like she’s having a lot of fun. I would love to see her go to the Olympics. Maybe she still can, but most 1st time olympic gymnasts are 14-16. I used to do gymnastics but they told me I was getting to big 🙁

Yes, great floor routine! NCAA routines are often more entertaining than elite, even though they often lack the difficulty to be competitive outside of the NCAA.

I love this on so many levels! I love that she put so much flava in her routine. I love the confidence she exudes and the fun she is having on the floor. I love that she is not built like the typical, waif-looking, I haven’t had my period in 5 years and could blow away in the wind gymnast. She is all power and beauty, and she rocks! I will be watching for her in the next Olympics!

I hope to see her in the Olympics too! I must say though that a lot of gymnasts are extremely strong, with a build not too different from hers. There are some that are slim, some a little larger but all are very strong and muscular.

Great routine. How do you pronounce her name?

I love how she switch everything up

I’m happy for her and yes she is a powerhouse–i could only dream of my thighs being that toned. But I guess I’m inthe minority-I prefer the more traditional, graceful routines of floor gymnastics.

    She’s good !!!!!

I don’t care for it. I took gymnastics and competed but I was too tall to go to the next level. Just because we black don’t mean we have to add flava to everything.

      Yes we do

It was cute and different you’re right .. we don’t have to add flava too it but she did and she wasn’t affraid to do it!
