Texas Cops Smelled Weed in Woman’s Car & Then Decided to Search Her Vagina

corley

Charnesia Corley, a 21-year-old black woman who was on her way to the store to pick up medicine for her sick mother, is the latest victim of overzealous policing. A Houston cop thought he smelled weed in Corley’s car, but when he searched and couldn’t find any, he called for a female officer to come to the gas station where Corley was being held so she could have her vagina searched. They arrested Corley because she objected to having her vagina examined in a gas station parking lot.

From KRTK:

“She tells me to pull my pants down. I said, ‘Ma’am, I don’t have any underwear on.’ She says, ‘Well, that doesn’t matter. Pull your pants down,'” Corley said.

She admits hesitating. Deputies say she resisted.

“I bend over and she proceeds to try to force her hand inside of me. I tell her, ‘Ma’am, No. You cannot do this,'” Corley told us candidly.

She insists at no time did she give consent for any such search. She’s retained an attorney, Sam Cammack, who argues that a search like this in a public parking lot is a violation of her civil rights.

From Houston Chron:

When the female deputy arrived, she told Corley to pull her pants down, but Corley protested because she was cuffed and had no underwear on. The deputy ordered Corley to bend over, pulled down her pants and began to search her.

Then, according to [Corley’s attorney, Sam] Cammack, Corley stood up and protested, so the deputy threw her to the ground and restrained her while another female was called in to assist. When backup arrived, each deputy held one of Corley’s legs apart to conduct the probe.

KTRK-TV reports deputies found 0.02 ounces of marijuana on Corley, but did not say from where.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said its deputies acted appropriately.

Texas has already been in trouble for sexually assaulting women in this manner at least thrice in recent years (Google Angel Dobbs or Brandy Hamilton or Jennifer Stelly). I’m sure attorneys are knocking Ms. Corley’s door down as I type this.

The title of the article should be: Texas Cop Smelled Weed in Black Woman’s Car and Decided to Rape Her. That’s what he did. He had NO business calling anyone to go poking around anyone’s vagina on the side of the goddamn road. None!

Ms. Corley’s going to get a lot of money when she sues these rat bastards!

I am crying as I write this. What’s next, white males gang raping black females in the woods like in the past and getting away with it. Civil rights movements and integration is a joke.

This acts of the officers are revolting and evil. This story certainly causes me to have indignant anger at police injustice. It is obvious that many cops are out of control and are abusing the human rights of black people and people of every background worldwide. Sister Charnesia Corley was unarmed and was blatantly mistreated by the sick officers. She was traumatized by this act of sexual abuse. There is no words to describe Corley’s pain and suffering. Her attorney should do everything legally to make those officers accountable for their abuse and rape of Charnesia Corley. As others have said, this is beyond abuse. This is rape. Charnesia Corley deserves total justice.

Indeed Sister. These cops are losing their minds literally. They don’t care even if they do their crimes on video tape.

They sure don’t because they know the union will back them up all the way.

Many of the cops’ union has been complicit in trying to defend the indefensible. Without question, the union will back these perverted officers. The officers, who raped the Sister, deserve prison sentences.

Yes, they do. I hope when justice falls on them, it falls hard. I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.

I read about this story yesterday and thought, “We’ve pressed rewind” when it comes to out-of-control assaults on Black people. This is absolutely insane!

So, the officer smelled weed in her vagina? Also, they claim they found 0.02 ounces of weed but didn’t say where. I don’t believe it! If they did, they probably planted it.

I agree with you Sister. The mainstream media is not reporting on this story in a massive way. You feel anger at how demented, evil people want to violate the human dignity of black women. This abuse is not new. Burge did such things in Chicago. Our ancestors suffered this rape and abuse in the Americas (with acts that I can’t mention here). Sister Charnesia Corley has courageously told her story and we want the Sister to have justice in her life.

Right. The MSM won’t report this story. It just goes to show us that they control the minds of the masses by the exclusion of certain stories or manipulation of certain facts. Also, Truth. The deafening silence of the feminist movement is blaring, isn’t it? Yet again, when Black women are being violated, they remain silent.

              @Noirluv45

The MSM has been basically funded and controlled by select corporate power for over one century. I read where less than 10 corporations control the majority of the mainstream media organizations in the Western world. So, I agree with you that the mainstream media will exclude many news as it pertains to the epidemic of miosgynoir, and the abuse plus rape of black women. There is white privilege and that why an increasingly amount of Sisters are calling themselves womanists. Some feminists are sincere (and want justice for all) and others are not sincere in caring about the needs of black women. The silence among some is apparently clear.

Speaking of feminists, in all honesty I first read about this story on Jezebel a few days ago; and there are some spitting fire mad white women over there. You know how Clutch reports everything late.

Looks like Texas cops have a history of raping women in this manner, they also did the same thing to two White women a few years ago and I was as sickened about that. How do you even tell someone to disrobe while they are handcuffed, and WTF was she restrained for anyway?! There are probably a lot more victims who are embarrassed to report these assaults on their bodies and minds. Some women are traumatized by gyn exams in a pristine doctor’s office, I can’t imagine the terror of my body being publicly violated by these savages. Ms. Corley is brave for telling this, sending positive spirit her way.

Another site says Texas lawmakers note that anal and cavity searches without warrants are ILLEGAL, and even they have no idea how they keep getting away with it-especially in public like this. The faces of these cops should be plastered all over, they are male and female rapists and should be branded so. i would not be surprised if some unhinged person starts retaliating against these demons.

You know something else, truth, this whole ‘resisting arrest’ default bull needs to be addressed on a national stage also. Cops should have justifiable cause to arrest someone, and in this case initially the rapists said she ‘consented to the search’. The message board where I read this was all ‘who the hell is going to AGREE with being publicly raped?!’. Now the cops are saying she ‘resisted arrest’. So which is it–did she agree to have two sociopath rabid bitches (bitch in the original meaning, i can only see out of control animals attacking like this) while their overseer directed them, or did she resist arrest–and what was she being arrested for. Telling you, they are going to attack the wrong person one day.

I agree. A woman being raped has nothing to with resisting arrest. This terrible incident is about an innocent black woman being sexually abused by morally deprived people. She was sexually assaulted by 2 disgusting cops. Some cops use the “resisting arrest” phrase as a scheme for them to abuse the human rights of people. Only a total evil person would equate resisting arrest to rape. Also, I have noticed that police department there is in full support of the rapists. So, that department is a disgrace to defend those 2 rapists. We all support the Sister’s actions in making that those rapists are in prison and the police department should be sued.

agreed; it’s a terrible violation of their civil liberties. Just repulsive & sickening that they can do it and not be held accountable for it. I hope she gets a HUGE payday behind this b.s.

All over America white cops assault black women, and generally black more than white, same as men. I don’t know why you brought up the female white case like it happens nearly as much. This is another case of sexism and racism (what you guys call mysogynoir) but you bedwenches never call it such when a white man is involved. I wonder why?
