Revlon CEO Can ‘Smell’ Blacks, Thinks Jews “Stick Together” And Hates ‘Dirty’ Americans : Discrimination Suit

Lorenzo_RevlonThe CEO of Revlon is being sued by a former employee for allegedly making racist and bigoted remarks against Blacks, Americans and Jews. According to the new lawsuit, the Revlon CEO hates “dirty” Americans, thinks Jews “stick together” and believes he can “smell” Black people when they walk into a room.

In the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, Alan Meyers claimed that CEO Lorenzo Delpani accused him of raising “ghost” safety problems and was discriminated against because of his Jewish heritage.

Meyers, who joined Revlon in 2010 and fired last month, claims Delpani was hostile to him, frequently chastising him in front of other employees and making racist comments.

Revlon CEO, Lorenzo Delpani, made the bigoted comments after taking over in 2013, according to a discrimination suit filed by the former chief scientific officer.

Delpani allegedly told Meyers he was “shocked” there weren’t more Jews at the company because the biggest shareholder is Ron Perelman, a prominent Jewish American, according to the suit. Meyers also claimed the CEO treated him differently from other members of his team because he was Jewish and American-born.

“Jews stick together,” Delpani commented. He also allegedly added that “thankfully,” Perelman “is not like that anymore.”

Delpani claims he hates living among Americans, whom he called “small-minded” and “dirty,” and said he can’t wait to get back to a “real” country, according to suit.

Meyers also alleges Delpani made a racist comment after a meeting in South Africa, when he said he “could smell a Black person when he entered a room.”

In addition, Delpani went on an “anti-American tirade” in which he said the US is getting closer to being like ISIS.

Revlon has responded to the suit calling it “completely meritless,” and said Meyers “repeatedly demonstrated critical lapses in judgment and failed to perform at the high standard we demand of our employees.”

“We will aggressively fight these baseless claims and this frivolous action,” said Revlon.

Meyers says the stress from the ordeal has forced him into the hospital with chest pains, according to the lawsuit.

Meyers is demanding unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.

That makes sense. Make a decision to boycot on the basis of one lone guy who works at a company who may or may not have said something on the say-so of another guy who was fired and has a MEGA axe to grind…

Sounds as clever as feeling sorry for women who only claim their husbands have molested their children, that they have been raped & are so abused on the day after divorce has been filed. Nope, probably not coincidental bullshite at all…

Why hadn’t this guy filed suit during his many years at the firm? BEFORE he was sacked?

Wow Revlon is fighting tooth and nail for this guy huh? That’s fine I don’t think I own any of their products so no loss to me.

sweety, Halle is HALF black. That is why she gets so many opportunities for beauty ads. she’s just black enough to represent all black women and is constantly hailed as the most beautiful black woman in the world… even though she isn’t fully black

The dude is racist, but in some ways, right wing Christians would be as bad as ISIS if they could get away with it. As for smelling black people, wet white hair often has a distinctive smell to my nose. It sounds like he cannot handle diversity.

While Revlon deals with their situation, people have the right to decline supporting Revlon. One saying comes to mind about this situation: “What was done behind the scenes will come to light.” 2015 is certainly a year where a lot of stuff will be revealed and the righteous will be stronger.

I’ve never bought their stuff because they’re so danged expensive.

I don’t use any Revlon products. But folks should be careful that they don’t use products form OTHER companies that Revlon owns.

I am tired of uncivilized, destructive, anti-social, and greedy racist white degenerates and their intransigent, pathological, and obsessive commitment to white supremacy. I am tired of the media is constantly engaged in SCAPEGOATING campaign people of African descent – something they used to do in Nazi Germany to the Jews. Most whites haven’t stopped being sociopathic
racists, but has anyone said their intransigent, anti-social, oppressive
behavior means they should be deemed naturally inferior, unintelligent,
uncivilized, subhumans at best and savage monkeys at worst who need to be
humiliated, abused, lynched, raped, and enslaved until their people can finally
be WIPED OUT? Exactly. There is NEVER any acceptable excuse for white people to
engage in RACIST BEHAVIOR. Ever. The only thing that racist white sack of shit got right is that America is no better than ISIS. It only *pretends* to be.

No wonder they never hired a dark-skinned spokesmodel. Revlon’s makeup is boring and their selection for dark-skinned women sucks!!! Delpani needs to have multiple seats with his fat a**!

This cross cultural intolerance thing is incredibly unevolved. Science
tells us that we are all the descendants of a Woman from east Africa.

If these allegations are true, then shame on your soul, publicly, Mr. Delpani.
The Man should face due process, because that is how civil society
handles its business. Just punishment would be inherent in the act
    itself regardless.

Then, what if the allegations are false?

    You’re
still left with these statements plastered in media, repeated, and
confabulated endlessly. We still regurgitate the ignorance.

    There
is a part of our collective psyche that refuses to keep up with where
the evolution of our collective consciousness has brought us. Humanity
knows too much, in this day and age, to back-slide. This is 2015.

Would you stick your wet finger into an electrical socket twice?

There are no superiors, or inferiors, in the Human family.

    All
of our sins against one another, not in a religious sense, but as grave
departures from self respect, and dignity, are manifested through our
    thinking.

We know the sun doesn’t revolve around us, but once killed folks for saying so.

    This stupidity too shall pass.

    How long must we wait?

    and

    Leave Dr. Cosby alone.

Well, I can’t stand Yanks either & they are VERY dirty – look at NYC or any American city compared to Toronto or Vancouver. Americans are filthy morons who trash their own homes & shit where they eat…Also, Jews DO tend to stick together; it’s got to do with centuries of persecution, a separate language & cultural idiosyncracies. The synagogue is a focal point for socio-economic life, so it makes sense that Jews would interact more with other Jews. Logical…

As far as smelling Blacks, well that IS very negatively racist. Blacks don’t share any more genes with one another than any white American and any Chinese man, so that argument wouldn’t even make sense…

Funny cuz I say that all the time, that I “can’t wait to get back to a real country” and stop dealing with these moronic gun-toting animal Americans, whose country feels more like developing South America than wealthy Europe!
