Ethan Couch, known as ‘Affluenza Teen’, has been caught in Mexico, after fleeing Texas and violating his probation. Couch, who comes from a wealthy family, killed four people while drunk driving and was sentenced to only 10 years probation in 2013.

Ethan and his mother, Tonya Couch, 48, disappeared more than 2 weeks ago, and the Tarrant County, Texas, placed the teen on its Most Wanted list.

Law enforcement officials said Couch was apprehended in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. According to CNN, Couch was with his mother and would be turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Earlier this month, a video was released showing Couch in violation of his probation, while playing beer pong. After the video made it to social media, it prompted Tarrant County to investigate Couch, and it also came out that Couch had missed several meetings with his probation officer.

Prosecutors say Couch could be incarcerated for up to 10 years for violating his probation terms.

It’s just ironic how Tamir Rice case fell apart while this rich fool is out vacationing down in Mexico. Affluenza – come on son, that’s not even a word! This guy mowed down 4 people and paralyzed a person. Both of these cases make me sick!

I’m glad that both of them got caught. Both of them aren’t very bright since Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is a known tourist spot where many Americans visit for the holidays. I knew that they would be captured sooner or later. This male killed innocent human beings and her mother is an evil person too. This male knew what he was doing. He made a conscious decision to try to escape a hearing and he was discovered and caught by authorities. Prison sentences should be given to both of them.

I hope he gets the book thrown at him like OJ but that probably won’t happen.

he needs every law book ever made get beat into his head. the mother is just a sad excuse of a parent. how are you okay with your kid killing people and potentially making the same neglectful decision again.

He has not one ounce of remorse, had it been anyone else (someone non-wealthy/non-white) they would have been held accountable. He should have been behind bars from the get go, all that acting he did that garnered the sympathy that led to the slap on the wrist that he got & look how he shows them his remorse!! This truly boils my blood, if ever white privilege was applicable it is clearly this case, and look at the outcome, that’s what they get (judge & prosecutor(s) et al.) for not holding him accountable when they had him within their grasp.

      Teach Sister.

That is why one person I saw in the news said that the judge should be held accountable for giving that killer a slap on the wrist.

Jean Hudson Boyd conveniently announced her retirement would be 12/2014, (I’m assuming after the criticisms & outrage that followed her probation sentencing in the “affluenza” case).

I agree. I don’t know how these judges, who make such bad decisions, could feel happy. Affluenza is an utterly ridiculous concept. He used premeditation when he escaped. He planned this with his mother. He should be charged as an adult.

Well said! they are just evil, let us see how the justice system handles him & his accomplice (his mother) this time around.

Thank you Sister. We shall see how the criminal justice system treats both of them. Karma is real and I’m happy that both people got captured by the authorities. Both of them did evil and I hope that the victims’ families experience justice.

    The entire family is criminal!
Last yr, his father was arrested for impersonating a cop, by using a fake badge during a disturbance.
In 2013, his mother was sentenced to a $500 fine and a six-month community service for road rage, when she tried to force another car off the road!

    These people belong in prison!

Exactly!! even murder couldn’t get the son behind bars. SMH. The system is truly lenient on this psychotic bunch when clearly it should not be.

No doubt. White privilege will only carry these idiots so far.
Maybe this time around Justice will actually work.

Agreed, a man lost his wife and daughter due to this criminal. He needs to be convicted and thrown in prison!

What makes you think the Couch family are criminals? Ethan is just a spoiled twit who mad a few mistakes. I’m sure you made mistakes as a sixteen year old.

        @Mr Randall K

That stupid question leads me to believe that you count on Faux-News and TMZ for your news source.
You are right on one point. I made my fair share of mistakes as a kid, but I was no criminal and I didn’t kill four people.
        Do you condone his behavior?
