Since I was a teenage (during the 1990’s), I have always loved the music of Sister Lauryn Hill. I wish her more success in her endeavors.

Lauryn Hill has shown that she does not respect her fans. I hope that this new year brought her a new sense of courtesy. Brooklyn Bowl and Highline Ballroom are great venues; both are conducive to these intimate performances, but I just can’t see myself taking a chance and parting with my money for this. Sorry.

First, we will read about her scheduled performances. Next, we will read about her showing up 5 hours late to perform. Fool me once, shame on you….(you know the rest) I will just keep listening to her songs on my phone.

I listen to Miseducation on my ipod that’s good enough for me.

“The Sweetest Thing” is one of my favorite songs from Lauryn Hill.

Last time I saw her was for that tour. She was on time and put together when she had “people”.

Save your self the time and trouble and mail her your money directly.

Oh wow. I didn’t know she was doing Anita Bakers on people. I read reviews for Anita that mentioned her tardiness at venues all over the country. I just can’t with artists who don’t show up on time. I aint that big a fan of no one. Still, if I was gonna wait for someone, it would be a seasoned diva – not Lauryn. I do like that song she recorded over the My Favorite Things melody. Was that even legal?
